The Silver Lace Tallit is uniquely handcrafted from exquisite embroidered openwork lace. The tallit body is made from beautiful soft silver lace, with a scalloped bottom edge. The atarah (neckband) is a layered sheer white ribbon and rhinestone jewelry charms at each end.
I use only Rabbinically-approved tzitzit strings from Israel. The tzitzit at all four corners of this tallit are hand-tied according to halakhah (Jewish law) in the Ashkenazi pattern (reminding us of the 613 mitzvot).
This tallit measures approximately 66"-68" in length (not including the tzitzit). This is a perfect fit for a woman or teen. If you need a more generous fit, please contact me before ordering (simply use the contact tab below).
To substitute a silk atarah (instead of the ribbon atarah shown), embroidered with the tzitzit blessing, there is a $60 fee for materials and embroidery (an option at checkout).
Please remember that each item is handmade to order (by a real, live American artisan, not mass-manufactured), so you'll need to allow up to four weeks for your creation (not including transit time). If you are in a hurry, please message me in advance, as I may be able to accommodate (a small fee may apply for rearranging workload). Each tallit is a one of a kind, heirloom piece, handmade in my home studio (and may vary ever so slightly in threads or trims, according to availability, but will always reflect the listing photos).
